Went out to do a little scouting of some new areas today in the snow. The snow was to deep to do any real detecting but I did swing a little around a old foundation and came up with this. Looks to be a tool of some kind. Any one reconize the symbol or know the date range.

Hey John, sorry i cant help with id., but good to see i am not the only one out there trying to dig.kinda sux the grounds hard down about 7 or 8 in. here.but i did find a place to sift in an old log cabin that was partially sifted allready.no luck yet though.I dont think i can wait till spring....HH..Ed
 
I sure wish the snow would melt, we got another 4 inches this morning <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry"> .
