ID Excel Rechargables

I bought a couple of 9 volt Nickel Hybrid (no memory) rechargable batteries at Radio Shack for my CZ 3D. And thought I could use them for my ID Excel too. But when I tried to put them in the Excel they fit so tight, I have serious doubts about being able to get them back out. Anyone else run into this?

That's true, that some 9-volts are very snug (cheapos & some rechargeables). The normal, Duracell/Energizer types all slide in & out nice. My Excel came with cheapos that were hard to get out, but did come out. I would say you can use them as long as they don't get stuck.....
