ID Excel comparison and test review, who did it?

I was looking into maybe buying an ID Excel last year and someone forwarded me a link, which I have lost. The link went to either a meesage or web site where some fellow did a LOT of work in comparing the ID Excel and I believe 2 or 3 other machines. He built a swing that would hold the targets so that he could control height and speed. He then took the machines out to the beach and hunted head to head. To top it all off he had a series of charts that showed the results and readings that all of the machines gave.

Does anyone else remember this fine piece of work and where to find it?
