hello, i think i need get some help i need a detecting partner who is familar with the id ex-cel im so confused it got to be confusing today i had the factory settings on 5 disc and 6 sensativity and it just was like negative and positive readings.when i think i have a good target it goes to negative while i swing the coil over the target.i live in maine should i be useing this detector here or should i consider a different brand? i get alot of falseing too when you scan the ground and then the target is gone or it goes to negative #'s i just dont know.has this happened to anyone else. im still learning but how do you know when you have a real target. is it repetable targets #'s or what? im so confused.thanks for any help possible thank you so much paul from maine.
