ID Edge Tips

Kent in AL

New member
Hi all,

I started collecting tips from this site last winter then forgot about it. The other day I finally finished it and put it on the web. Sorry the font is so small but I will fix that when I get a chance. These are pulled "as is" for the most part so some will be partial sentences, etc. I tried to group them and leave out ones that discussed comparisons with other models. If you have any more tips, send them my way and I'll add them.

Thanks,

Nice job Keith. When I was got my ID Edge I read every (and I mean every) post here on it and put all the tips into a word doc. I'd be happy to send it to you in case there's some data you didn't capture.

I haven't had the Edge out in a while, need to take her out, she does pretty darn well and is VERY light (only 2.75lbs).

hh,
Brian

Kent, thanks for sharing these tips. Very valuable info. Dave

hey cool i see you put my target readings list in there.
you made me feel important lol.
nice collection of tips.
we need a tips collection of evey detector compiled and put into the respected forum on this site.

any moderators think thats a good idea?
one sticky for each unit with a compiled tip list that cant be responded to. only updated by the moderator of that forum.

I think that's a great idea. Wow, that would be a loooong list for some oldies like my CZ-6a. However, a list for that one already exists at Mike's CZ page. Google it, it's an outstanding compilation.

yea i used his page back when i was still swinging my cz6a. tip pages help a bunch. its much easer to read a tip page than it is to read threw years of forum pages.
