Findmall.com forum flyer in with their detectors so that new owners could get involved with our posts and discussions...for that matter all manufacturers should include this link with their detectors. It would be a benefit to the companys as much education is associated to their products!

but then I could be wrong. Rick might have a better idea as to why they don't do something like that. I agree, it would definately be a benefit to the detector buyer.
 
Tecknetics really isn't involved with this forum, although there welcome to join in the group. We at Find Mall would welcome their support. :super:

Briefly, I set up & started this forum to talk about the then un-proven T-2. I think I was the only dealer willing to take a chance with them, and after reading a few reports from the field testers, I decided to sponsor this forum. A couple of months afterwards, Jeff from Middlesex Detectors joined in with a sponsorship. :cheekkiss:

There's no factory getting involved, at least not as yet. This forum stuff is new to them. There not use to this end of the metal detecting business, they have been geared toward mass-marketing. Give them time. :shrug:
 
I am sure that this forum has helped the sale of the T-2 and helped many learn this detector. I also feel it would be nice if they would come to this forum and answer some of the questions some may have about the T-2, but then again we have a great bunch of users now that are doing a good job.

I've found that First Texas is very good about answering questions via their web site. You can ask on this page:

If we came up with a set of specific questions on the T2 they might respond. Like if we all gathered the 15(or so) most burning questions about the T2.
 
They do pay a little attention to what's going on here on this page.

Both Dave J. & Tom D. have sent emails to posters on this forum pertaining to questions they posted here.

I doubt that they stop in every day, but they do visit from time to time to see what's going on. There aware of most all the post made here.
