saw this little guy on the trail. I am trying to learn the tricks of the camera.
I held the turtle in one hand and camera in the other so it was a bit wobbly for a macro. I used that spot focus or what ever you call it and it looks like I had the spot on his eye. That might be why some of it is out of focus. Any ideas?
 
The camera could not focus on the nose and the eyes at the same time in spot focus
 
flip the camera over to aperture priority and selct a smaller aperture. In his case it would need to be f100
