It is a 63 mile round trip for me to go to the beach so I decided that I would see if maybe I could go dig some clad. I have worked this park extensively over the past year and a half. It has produced a few dollars in clad any time that I have visited.
I reworked some areas that I had previously hit and came up with $6.35 in clad in about three hours.
Found one ring that gave me an increase in heart rate when It came out of the dirt. Nice shiny yellow metal. I thought that I had found someones class ring. The ring is heavy with no hallmark. I suspect that it is tungsten.
Oh well I had a good morning playing in the dirt.
I have sent E-Mails to the local USSSA Managers in hopes of being able to return the ring to its rightful owner.
