So I turned on the computer to come here, and I got to the web site to come here and I got here and I am here so here I am!!!!

Anybody see a long lost zebra???? LOL I think it was white with black stripes.
 
What would happen if....you bought a house for lets say 200 grand 10 years ago and your payments were 1500/month.
You've paid @180 grand, but your house mortgage is still @200grand...so what if the banks subtracted what you already paid from what you owe, and refinanced the differrence at 4%?
Would something this simple get the housing market going again? It would for sure stop a lot of walk aways, and certainly get the sales going again. Just wondering...
