Today at the coffee shop, not one but two different influential locals had some great tickets they weren't gonna be able to use and gave them to my buddy, who owns the shop.These aren't run of the mill tickets either, they're are top shelf stuff. Both include possible elbow rubbing with the hot shots.
Now what's the odds of this ever happening? One set is for the PGA Champion Match, here in NJ and the other is for the Yankee game tonight.
I said "let's do a marathon and go to both", but he can't close his deli for the whole day, so we're gonna do the Yankee game. Check us out, next to first base tonight. It should be a blast, if we don't get mugged.

Some folks sitting behind us, just emailed it to me. This was right after the game. The night after is when the guy fell out of the upper level and luckily landed on the backstop netting.
The guy who gave us the tickets is in charge of maintenance in Yankee Stadium and took us for a tour right after the picture, including the Yankee dug out, which is right behind us(if I brought a mit, I might have caught two foul balls). We also went straight across the field behind us to Memorial Park, also where the pitchers loosen up. It was a great time, can't ya tell by my expression(I'm in the purple shirt), too many Bud's.
