I too am addicted to the beep

I just could not let the last day of the year go by and not go out and try to finish off my nice collection of rings with a nice platinum ring. It was a beautiful sunny day, little to no wind and the temperature was around 16 degrees (I am addicted). :clapping: Boise had received around an inch of rain a few days prior (that is a lot for us) and then the cold front moved in and the ground is pretty much frozen. Only able to scrape off the top layer, some places you can go down an inch. I didn
 
I know what you mean. Its hard to explain to the "uneducated" about our hobby. It isn't the treasure...per se! Its the dadblasted beep. We just HAVE to keep going until we hear another. Congratulations on the finds to end 2010. See ya on the flip side!

Getting out when it is 16 degrees--- you are addicted --- and ended the year with silver. I know you must be enjoying your new E-trac, I sure am enjoying mine. HH Randy
 
i know what you guys mean i go out for an hour and come back reluctantly five hours later like you say it is just one more dig then one more dig i am thrilled with my etrac that it keeps showing me where all this stuff is hidden it is the hunt the dig the research it all goes to make you feel it was worth it i hope you all have a great 2011 and that you have many hours of happy hunting oh and many finds hahaha :cheers:
