I thought I was going to collect big after the 4 th.

It seemed like it was just going to be a little mist today. So I went MDing at the park. Because of the mist no one was at the main ball field. This was my chance to MD it. That field is busy even in the early morning. It has the big bleachers and all the big games are played on it. They always keep the gates locked up on it so no one can mess with the playing field. Today the gate is unlocked. I started MDing and it started to rain. I ran for the dug out to stay dry. 2 1/2 hours at the ball field and half of the time was spent in the dug out. I was soaked. I didn't get half of the out field covered and what I did was done quickly. I dug every target looking for a ring. This is my total.

Looks like that one on the left might be an old piece. Base metal with gold over it is a good sign. Any markings on the back?

The one on the right looks like a Rosary center piece, originally gilt on copper. It could be worked into a nice necklace today. I like it!
