They deserve double kudos !!!!!!
I posted below how they took care of my DFX for me at a ridiculously
low price.
Well....................
I noticed a day er 3 later that they didn't send me my coil cover back
from my original coil that they replaced.
( I forgot to take it off before sendin it in )
I called them and told them about the cover and they apologized.
Did they send me my coil cover back ?...NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
They sent me a brandy spankin new one ( new designe)
to fit the nerw designe 9.5 coil.
They've been treatin' me this way for the 20+ years that i've been dealin with them.

Great of you to post your good dealings with the White's repair Dept

It helps others who might be considering which brand to buy. Service after the sale is important

White's has treated me good too!

Had an old 5900 Di Pro SL, with intermitant electrical problems, They fixed it for zilch, nada, not even return shipping. They are right up there with Tesoro::thumbup:

I bought my wife a used M6. The calabration was way off and it wasn't under warrenty. I sent it into whites and they recalabrated it and gave me a new coil, they said the one I sent in with it was bad, at no charge. All I had was 1 way shipping. Best customer service in the industry. NUF SAID!!

Whites has the Best Service, Tesoro is up thear with theam???? LOL Mickfin

Hey Littletwig which repair whites place did you send yours too ? I just had the same problem with a M6 I bought used also, they retuned it and calibrated it at the whites Illinois site they did fast service but charged me 75 dollars plus I paid one way shipping then . I got it back it was still giving a wrong VDI reading for coins so I called Tony and he sent ups to pick it up and I am now waiting for it to come back . They did work on it the first time cause it was reading quarters as dimes but when I got it back it was reading quarters as fifty cents and dimes were reading a little high also . Hopefully they will get it fixed this time . I am not complaining cause it was out of warranty and the Gentleman I bought it from did repay me since it was suppose to be ok when I bought it . I just read about all these great deals you guys get from Whites not charging you for work and items replaced and wonder why I can't be so lucky , just wondered if it depends where you send it or something .

They have allways treated me above and beyond.
Heck, years ago i kept wearin out those little rubber covers on my pin pointer
( the old style before the toggle switch) and they would just respond to a
purchase request for a new one by sendin my not only the rubber cover
but also a whole new switch, from time to time.
The last time i requested one they sent me a half dozen with a note
sayin that they wanted to "stock me up" because the rubber covers would no longer be available.

I just sent a Eagle Spectrum to the Whites Illinois repair site this morning, on the phone they said it will cost $75.00 diagnostic/tuning with parts extra. Will let you know how it goes.

Might be better off to send it to Sweet Home.

Follow up to my earlier post about my problem with my M6 and whites repair service. I received my M6 yesterday exactly one week from the time ups picked it up for the second time . Tony got it all calibrated right this time and it works just fine he did good work and got it back to me in fast time . Not sure what happen the first time I sent it to him but he corrected the problem at no cost for the second trip there and back . I took it out yesterday afternoon and dug 35 coins in two hours with it and they all displayed right ,so thumbs up to Whites and Tony for getting the problem corrected . Tony is the repairman at the Illinois repair site which is closest to me here in Missouri .:thumbup:
