When i first read about this new whites machine my first thoughts were also that it was some kind of joke , but now i see it's the real deal. All we can hope for is that this is not going to be DFX with tons of bells and whistles and is actually going to be a lot better discriminator and deeper. These days a lot of sites are full of a high percentage of crap targets .As time moves on the percentage of rubbish targets to good targets increases. It takes no maths genius to figure out better discrimination is the number 1 consideration. Ok lets pretend we go back in time say 35 years , what we would notice is that we are finding more coins than trash, don't laugh it's true years ago sites had more coins than trash in the ground , these days the situation is reversed where we have much more trash in the ground than good targets. I think better discrimination is the number 1 thing to have , depth not that important in my opinion anyway. This new whites looks like its the dogs dangley bits with regard to discrimination but we will have to see.. Happy hunting...............
