I have a Garrett GTI 2500. It has all the goodies with it. And has been a very reliable detector. Great finds as well. You know the features are great. It has a SunRay Probe, a 5" DD Excellerator coil, It has a 9" stock Imaging coil, It has a 9" ProPerformance Imaging Coil. And of course a 12" Scourcher Coil that hasn't even hit the dirt yet! Stand with SunRay Probe Mounting Rails. A Garrett GTI Carrying case! GTI Rain Cover you know all the goodies!
I have second thoughts on a trade but my old arm is wearing out and I can only go a couple hours with the GTI.
Everyone says that the F75 is much lighter and that they coul hunt all day...but is it comparable to a GTI 2500 COIN CRUSHER!!!!! I've found silver, gold, and a lot of clad with this baby?
Hey...you guys always give good advice...What would you do?

Trade or just be happy with the two hour trips??

KCK, that is probably a decision only you can make. I am not familiar with GTI 2500, but do swing the F75. I am almost 67 years old and can hunt all day, and do three or so days a week, and feel no shoulder stress. I cannot say the same for an all day hunt with my cz3d. As far as a coin hunting machine, I cannot see how there can be one better. It is terrific in trash, is unbelievably fast and has depth I've never before experienced. That is my 2 cents, anyway. Where I live in calif I have never seen the green monster and I have run into a lot of guys with a lot of different detectors.

I have had almost all the major brands high end machines and I came back to fisher becasue it reminds me of the CZ so much. It is great in trash and iron and coins can't hide from this machine. If you are thinking of going relic hunting or have an old empty lot near your home nothing beats the F75. Good luck
