Hi Digger123, SORRY to hear about your Broken Brand NEW Detector!! All you have to do is read your Owners Manual, it will have a ph# for Minelab USA as well
as the address. I would call them before I sent it in, just in case you are doing something wrong!! Cheaper and faster than mailing your detector into
Minelab USA, just in case you are doing something wrong!! BEST OF LUCK, Les Robinson

Once again air test doesnt count on a FBS machine. Try it on a test garden and dont forget to use noise cancel.

Email Minelab and ask for shipping instructions. They will respond almost immediately with everything you need. Onus

I was having a heck of a problem with my new Safari. All kinds of mysterious ailments, and was thinking about sending it in. I became the forum griper and I'm sure everyone got tired of hearing me. What I found out is that I was using Rayovac alkaline batteries and apparently my Safari doesn't like them! They work fine in my other detectors, but not in the Safari. I changed batteries to the new Sanyo rechargeable and there is a world of difference. Now I have to learn all over again drat the luck! Onus
