I think my Pro Pointer is going out on me....

I used to get a fresh clean signal when using the Pro Pointer
but now I notice I get that AND a another sounds that vibrates. The vibrating sound
is laid over the good sound. Anyone else get this?

I called Garrett and let them hear it over the speaker phone. They said this was not a
normal sound nd to send it back.

Hey Old Katz - My pro pointer started sounding funny...kinda of muffled and garbled. found out the speaker grill was caked with mud. Cleaned it up and it was fine again. Just a thought.
