What I would like is to be forced to complain that there are to many posts from you full of stories, pictures and great advice. So what I am saying is get to posting. O.K. I went out today. My son couldn't make it, so my nag, (don't tell her I said that) went with me. We went to a yard where the house was built in 1865. The nag got a 1966 dime not too long after we got there. I wasn't findin anything till I went to the end of a patch of high weeds near a fire pit. I thought she was gonna skunk me. I got a broken tone, but I thought I'd see what it was. I hit a flat rock at 1 inch under surface. Pulled it out and tried the tracker 4 over the hole. Got a better tone, so dug about 2 inch more. I saw a round disk, picked up, couldn't see any markings on it, thought it was a slug. Rubbed it on my jeans, looked again. It said one, OH BOY, a large cent. You can't see it in pic, but it's a 1942 cent.

Oh no, gotta send this quick. She's coming.
