I stayed up past my bed time tonight to go to the Marine's Birthday Ball...

I have lost count of how many Marine Birthday Balls I have gone to. I always enjoy the tradition of the cake cutting. The oldest Marine passing a piece of the cake to the youngest, representing , passing on the traditions of the Marine corps. No other service celebrates the birth of it's existence like we do. Here's to many more birthdays Marines.
