I did not find 1 Country that did NOT condemn our Gun Laws---I have the feeling that my days of having a Pistol is numbered--One thing we have a lot less hunters than we did 30 years ago--We have a lot more people who want nothing to do with guns--I am afraid that we will see the strictest gun laws go into effect in 2-3 years that all of us who Hunt-Practice-Carry a pistol with us legally will lose a lot of our rights to do that!---I don't know what I would do if they passed a law that all pistols would have to be turned in to be destroyed--I love the pistols I have now and I sure would NOT like to see them taken away--And cut in Little Pieces--I believe if more people had guns on that campus someone would have stopped him But every country(around 12)that I read about ran us down for NOT doing what their country did--That was pass a lot of NO guns allowed laws---In England the Shooters who go to the Olympics CANNOT Practice on their soil--The have to leave the country to do that!---I sure hope the U.S.A. people don't go Nuts to pass ever law they can to take my SECOND amendment Rights From Me! I will do what I can To Stop This From Happening But I Feel I Am Outnumbered Just Like We Were At The ALAMO!
 
Well guess what... the criminals in those countries STILL have guns, and are now using them against an unarmed and defenseless populace to commit robbery, rape and murder. Sheep in a slaughter house. Just do a little research, Deathwind, and you'll find out what a total disaster gun confiscation has been in those countries, as far as curbing crime.

There's always going to be the occasional nutcase that goes off and kills a bunch of people, whether its done with guns, lethal gas, such as in the Japan subway gassing, bomb, running a car/truck into a crowd, fire... and Oh, lets not forget flying a jetliner in to a very populated high rise or two. A nut is a nut. There's not much you can do about it. But an armed student/teacher could have shut this guy down before he slaughtered 32 people and wounded scores of DEFENCELESS people. There are no cops to protect you in a situation like that. It's up to you to try and survive and that's hard to do with no protection... you can't box a guy with a gun... just ask the unarmed and vulnerable citizens in England, Australia and France... well, France never used them anyway.

And I agree with Vernon, a nut is a nut! One of the guys teachers said she was very disturbed by his writings and a very violent and anti-women play. Unfortunately, in our society where you can't say anything about anybody because you might hurt their feelings or you will be viewed as being narrow-minded and violating his rights of diversity!! Politically Correctness will be the end of our Country yet! If that teacher had told anyone about her concerns she probably would have been reprimanded for not letting him "express himself"!
 
THE HOOD I LIVED IN WAS FULL OF DRUGGIES.ON WK.ENDS THEY WERE ONE HAPPY FAMILY....DURING THE WEEK....THEY COOKED METH.

THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR;A NEWLY RELEASED FELON WITH 5 KIDS WAS ACTIVE
IN PRODUCING METH FROM THE 1stWEEK she moved in.she had 5 children from 3 to 13yrs. of age.

the county gave her a NEW MOBILE HOME AND NEW FURNITURE AND A JOB.

SHE HAD DONE 3.5 YRS IN JAIL AND WAS AWARDED HER CHILDREN BACK FROM HER PARENTS.

UNKNOWN OF HER CIRCUMSTANCES..WE WERE FRIENDLY AND ONE DAY SHE CALLED FROM WORK? AND ASKED US TO WATCH THE KIDS FOR AN HR. OR TWO SHE HAD TO WORK OVER TIME.

I WENT TO WORK AND JULIE ONLY HAD AN HR. LEFT TO WATCH THEM....WE BOUGHT THEM McDonald's AND RENTED TWO KID MOVIES... THEY BROKE MY NEW 5 DISK DVD PLAYER BY FORCE TURNING THE TRAY AND PUNCHED OUT THE WOOFER SPEAKER.

SHE SENT THEM HOME TOLD THEM THEY WERE NOT INVITED BACK EVER AGAIN.

WELL THE MOM GOT FIRED .AND STARTED DOING MEN/DRUGS ETC.

THE DRUGGIES TRIED BREAKING IN MY HOUSE ..SO I ARMED MY SELF AND JULIE.

WHEN I MOVED TO NEVADA...I TURNED THEM INTO THE POLICE FOR DISPOSAL.

I HAD IT OUT A FEW TIMES AND HAD A BEAD ON A FEW OF THEM AS THEY CRUZZZZZED BY AND I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SHOOT AT THE HOUSE.

ONE DAY JULIE HAD THEM CUSS HER OUT IN SOUTH OF THE BORDER LANGUAGE AND ATTACKED HER ON THE PORCH WITH A KNIFE. COPS CAME AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO THEM....NO COMPREHEND?

I KNEW I WOULD USE THE PISTOL FOR TARGET PRACTICE SOON.....BUT DID NOT WANT TO RETIRE IN JAIL...SO WE MOVED.

I AM TOO GOOD LOOKING TO GO TO JAIL. :clapping:

THE MOM WAS CAUGHT MANUFACTURING 4 TIMES AND WAS CAUGHT WITH DRUGS AND WENT TO JAIL 5 TIMES AND WAS OUT IN 2/3 WKS....JAILS WERE TOO FULL.SHE WAS BONED OUT.

LAST WE HEAR ED..SHE WAS GETTING OFF A BUS AT THE COURT AND BOLTED TO A WAITING CAR..............POOF !!

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OWN A GUN AND WILL DO SO IF NEEDED!! HOOAH !!
 
I just recieved my lifetime permit a month ago, Iwould hate to lose my right to concealed carry this soon, outlaw handguns and only outlaws will have handguns...........

If he didn't have access to firearms, he would have found another way. If he had set off some homemade bombs instead, the death toll could have gone higher, in addition to the property damage. Would there then be a call to eliminate all types of explosives? What if he had used a vehicle to run people over? Ban all cars and trucks? It's not the weapon used we have to worry about, it's the person with a destructive idea.
