I seem to have developed a bad habit.....

....While out by myself swinging the 250 I have begun to talk to it. "So you say it's a quarter, huh? Well let's see.' "A nickle you say. You better not be lying to me.", etc. I can just imagine what an observer might be saying about that 'crazy old man with the metal detector' Be sure you keep the kids away from him! So don't be alarmed if you see me out there. I'm mostly harmless.


Had a fall festival in town over the weekend mostly centered on a tiny little pocket park downtown. Gonna check it out this afternoon after work. Hope we had a lot of clumsy people down there.

I guess you need to get an older 2500 with treasure talk. It will talk back to you, so not only could you talk to your detector...you could argue with it.
