I parked the car at the end of a dirt road and could see pewter be for I got out of the car.

Someone trashed there Christmas tree here and this pewter piece still hanging in it.I spent most of the hunting time looking for the cellar hole or cabin site by didn't find it.Great looking stonewall,nice brook there and stuff around but no hole.Heres the finds.Pewter thing,lead button,pewter button,two parts to a powder horn,1884 IH,crock,and barbwire.O'ya six ticks its deet time up here.Enjoy.

Art, you ever tried sulphur? I prefer the slight smell over chiggers and it really isn't that bad as little as is needed.

Take your choice of sulphur or chiggers.

Get some sulphur from your local garden suppler and before you hit the weeds sprinkle a little around your cuffs, socks, and belt loop.

Goodbye chiggers!
