went to 2 play grounds in city parks. first one didn't yield much but did remove the 38 Special round (unfired) someone had dropped. At the 2nd park I think someone was just tossing pennies for the fun of it. Also removed a 45 Auto round (unfired) from this playground.
Not a good sign seeing 2 rounds in two different parks.
Anyway, here's the totals: 269 coins which totalled $7.19) 23 dimes, 3 quarters, 20 nickels and man I didn't think there were so many pennies - 224 - no wonder why I got tired of bending over.
Scored a small 10K gold ring (missing 5 of the 6 green stones), a "Princess" key ring, a small key for a jewelry type box lock, a couple house keys on one key ring and found near each other was a heavy silver colored necklace and a silver colored 'hand grenade' pendant for the necklace.
Ya know picking up 224 pennies once is bad enough but I dropped the container I had just scooped them into after counting them and had to pick up the majority of them again.
Sherry has a cold that is kicking her behind so if you could give a prayer for her I know she would greatly appreciate it. (Think she has worn herself down with all the things like her Mom, sister, brother-in-laws Mom, my step mother, business, all the miles on the road travelling, etc.)
I think this new coil for the Garrett GTA 1250 is doing much better than the other 8 inch round coil it had before. Certainly seems to be finding more things than when I was just using the round coil.
We have found a place we think will do us well up north. Its about 10 minutes away from Sherry's Mom. Lots of room outside - might even get a garden going (of course after I detect all the property first ) Plenty of room inside especially for Sherry's growing business.
Casey is happy because she will wind up with her own bathroom if we get this place.
We have 2 people interested in our present house so hoping one of them can get the place soon. Hate to move when snow is falling.
God bless all those who have been in need of prayer. May God meet your needs whatever they are and hoping everyone gets more chances to get out and detect before cold weather keeps us inside foing research and keeping warm.
