Not sure how this goes:

Once you've seen Pairee, you can never go home.

Or maybe it is Once you've been to the big city, you can never go home.

A few times I've been places and wished I could be back there (home) but it can't happen (military bases close, friend's parents pass on, etc.)
Once one has been trapped in sin it is hard to be pure. Is that the kind of thing you're looking for?
