Been a whole bunch of yrs since I had the Exp XS..... started playing around with the screen function on the II and the cross hair Icon seems alot bigger then what I remember on the orig. explorer...So,.. How do I reduce the size of the Icon???

Already looked into the edit fuction on crosshair size, but I don't think thats what I want...Or.. is it..??

Any help.

Are you possibly running in the full screen which is toggled by hittng the middle right button to the right of the screen?
You can change the screen size but, not the actual detecting size of the cross-hair if I remember correctly.
I have not used it much as I hunt pretty much solely in IM and do not care a ton about the target cross-hair other then it's flutter/bounce.
You can however start with say a blacked out screen and open it up too targets you which to accept by moving the cross-hair around when the box is checked with a check mark.
At this time you can use different sized cross-hairs. It will help you open up areas say quicker to accept (bigger cross-hair) or if you would like to target only an exact location that is small on the SmartFind screen using a smaller cross-hair.
Here is a link I found for on-line Manual on Explorer II. ExpII Manual
Hope this helps you.

No MIke. I am NOT running full screen on the detector.....and the other has to do with the edit section of the programming... accepting targets/creating your own program...... so maybe you can't change the target curser size...

anybody else know for sure??

Thanks anyway..

Mark

Nope one cursor. Should have answered more definitively.
You can go to expanded screen for a larger cursor as I mentioned or the default screen for the smaller (which you are aware of). Also, you mentioned you are aware of the Edit Mode which you can choose cursor size.
