Had to put in a new hard drive,got most of of the thing working good but the sound make everyone sound like they been sicking gas.try every thing I need help.
 
If its a Dell, what is the service tag number? Why a new hard drive and do you need pictures taken off your old one? Or anything taken off it and what opperating system is on your machine. Call my work tomorrow if you want.
