HI! I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE IF ANYONE OUT THERE COULD PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PHOTOS OF A COIN I HAVE BELOW AND A SEMI SQUARE OBJECT THAT WAS FOUND ON A CARIBBEAN BEACH IN SHALLOW SALT WATER. THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE COIN IS 7/8ths OF AN INCH ACROSS. IT IS JUST A FRACTION BIGGER THAN A US 5 CENT. IT IS 1/16th OF A INCH THICK. IT HAS BEEN IN THE WATER FOR A VERY LONG TIME AS YOU CAN SEE HOW ENCRUSTED IT IS. NOW NEXT TO IT THERE WAS ALSO FOUND A ROUND RUSTY OBJECT AND WHEN IT WAS BROKEN OPEN IT HAD FOUR SEMI SQUARE PIECES OF SOME KIND OF VERY DENSE METAL WHICH CHIMES LIKE A TUNING FORK WHEN IT IS HIT WITH ANY OTHER OBJECT EVEN A PIECE OF WOOD OR DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. IT IS A VERY BRIGHT EXTREMELY SHINEY SILVER METAL. IN THE CENTER OF THIS OBJECT THERE IS A HOLE THAT IS NOT QUITE ROUND. EACH OF THESE OBJECTS WEIGHS 5ozs. THE MEASUREMENTS IS, THE LENGTH 2 5/8ths AND ACROSS 2 3/8ths. THE THICKNESS IS 1/8th OF AN INCH AND THE HOLE IN THE MIDDLE IS 1 INCH WIDE AS WELL AS LONG.THIS METAL GLISTENS IN THE SUN LIKE A DIAMOND. THE COIN HAS A CROSS IN THE MIDDLE AND AT THE TOP OF THE CROSS A CAPITOL A AND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CROSS A CAPITOL E. AROUND THE EDGE OF THE COIN THERE IS SOME KINDA LITTLE DOTS. IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME IDENTIFY THESE ITEMS I WOULD BE SO VERY GRATEFUL, ALSO DO I CLEAN THEM? AND WHAT DO I USE TO CLEAN THEM WITH? I WAS TOLD THAT BY CLEANING THEM IT WOULD DEPRECIATE THE VALUE BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THAT IS CORRECT OR NOT. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP I DO SO APPRECIATE IT AND I WILL WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU.
