I need help to I.D. two coins...........

This first coin may be a foreign bus token because I have seen bus tokens for the United States that had holes in them. The second coin has no date, nothing, but I think that it may be a coin from Taiwan because of the island on it. Any help would be appreciated. Kelley (Texas) :)
