i just created an account and i need advice for detecting at a beach i have the ace 250 my local beach is a bit rocky and i need to know were to start and what settings to use like sensitivity i know you can get the detector wet just not the power supply unit there is allot of treasure to be found on a beach how can i find it

Did you watch the DVD?

The detector you mentioned should have had one...........

Watch it..............We will all answer your questions the best we can.

e... the Ace 250 will perform fine in the dry sand... in the wet sand it tends to false and you will probably have to reduce the sensitivity down to 3 bars. The drawback is you will lose depth and most of the good stuff is deep once it gets into the wet.. try the Ace but save up for a detector that is much more at home in the salt environment than the Ace is.
