I need a true answer on the beachunter ID

I know it is o.k. as a beach detector.....my question is how is it inland. I always like to have a good watertight detector for the rainy weather.
It has three tone ID which is great but how is it for depth as compared to the MXT for relic hunting.

I just got a Beachunter ID and had the 12 inch coil put on and I too was wondering how good it works for inland hunting.What did you find out from Ed or anybody else?Thanks, Norm Marsh
