I found This IODEX med container near Sharpsburg battle field this week.....and I have been try-n to get a date on it ,but, I have not been able to find any info online other than new products by Menley & James.
My guess would be from the 1940s or 1950s,BUT the funny thing is I hunted this site for 7 hours ,and found nothing but Civil War relics.....no modern items at all, except this. Ironicaly I found a New York Officers button in the same hole !! and this item is from NY...could this be from that time period?
Any help would be GREAT help.

That is what I thought.....it was just strange it was in a hole with a NY officers button.
