Took the Teknetics G2 out yesterday afternoon for a while. Found a 69 cal bullet and a couple teardrop 36 cal Navy pistol bullets. Also found this button. It looks very interesting. The front says: CSRR Co The backmark says: Scovill Mf 'g Co. Waterbury
Can anyone here help me out with some info on this button?? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

A railroad button, you need to see what railway was close to where you found it.

Cool button... do you MD east or West of Music city? There used to be a Nashville Military Academy.. if you could find it and detect around it... there should be some good brass there...

It went from Cincinnati to the gulf coast area and traversed through a few Southern States Like Tennessee for one...

I would think it's 1920's...

maybe a little earlier..

Nice
