I miss my Tesoro, and a question.

Well I really, really miss my Vaquero. I sold it after the freeze and bought an XLT. I think that I need a backup machine :) . So, those of you who have had experience with the DeLeon and Golden Umax. Which do you prefer and why?

I am leaning towards the Golden.
 
Without a doubt the Golden is my choice. I have used both machines and the Golden is deeper and the tones are nice. I love the tone when I hit a good target! Ok Saika I hope you get a Tesoro again. God Bless.

Hi Saika, I have been a 2 way radio tech and Amateur Radio Op. KA5QYR for 23 years and use mostly CW.Also FCC licensed for Shipboard Radio Op. and broadcast stations. But have been working on instrumentation used in the nuclear and radiation field for the last number of years. But I love metal detectors! Ok very nice meeting you Saika and the Golden uMax is my favorite Tesoro. But virtually their whole line of detectors are great. If you need anything else give a yell Saika. God Bless ya.
