got out a little today in that part of Wisconsin I like.... finding large cents in Wisconsin is TOUGH.. Got my oldest to date today... 1835...too bad it is a field find in terrible shape.. good thing is my buddy came my way , and found a 91 seated dime sitting on TOP of the soil... Lucky soab... :)...Either way we had another good hunt in SouthEast Wisconsin..
 
Nice find Todd. I love finding the old coppers even though most of them are toast. That one really isn't that bad - try a little mineral oil on it to bring out detail.

OK...its silver but thats about it. Date and mintmark unknown, Exactly as dug late last year in the strip between sidewalk and grass in an old section of town.
