I love this lady, she nailed Obama  Sarah Palin is a ball buster and thats what this country needs, a strong women's touch that will bring down

n/t

McCain picked her ONLY because he wanted to split the Democratic and win over the "Hillary" must have a woman in the white house voters. Most intelligent women see this for what it is and are not realizing Sarah would be a good person in the White house. McCain's past has proven he is NOT a supporter of women, just check his records and you will see what I mean. If they get in the White house he will call the shots and I would guess she would have very little to say with regard to decision making. She has a great attitude but it won't be much good when someone is telling you not to show it.
My opinion of government now is that it is a joke. Other countries laugh at us and our antics. What do I mean by that? I watched last night Huckabee, Rudy, and Romney talk about McCain like he was the best thing since sliced bread. Keep in mind these same guys said he would be a very poor choice for president back during the debates, who is fooling who. Our parents must be ashamed at what has happened to this country. And don't forget that McCain is very sympathetic to Illegal Immigration, so get ready to tell your kids that there are no part time jobs when they reach teen years or summer jobs for college students, oh wait....that already happened. McCain is a true American, hopefully he will restore our faith in this great country and make everyone who is here LEGALLY proud to live here.:usaflag:

The VP can advise the President, if requested, but can make no decisions. It has been used, in the past, to corral a politically strong but liable candidate.

Gov Palin seems to be the dictionary photo of the "Straight Talk Express". I'd trust her more than McCain to make a "right" decision for the United States versus a political feel good / sounds good decision.

intelligent women you are speaking of, I bet their are a lot of intelligent women in her corner, she is a fresh face and not from the old Washington crowd and that works for me, change has to start some where

My first choice for president would have been Newt Gingrich over any body who was running from the right but we don't always get what we want so McCain it is and I feel a lot better about casting my vote for him because of Sarah Palin, she has a proven record of getting things done and I'm not completely sold on the idea that she is only window dressing for McCain.

Either way, for me McCain/Palin even tho not perfect is better then the alternative, we only have two choices
