I like Quality but today I had to settle for Quantity

Well Kevin and I are out of the water for a while, who knows how long. Anyway, he has a Garrett and I have a Fisher. Today I got quantity, he got quality. We both got 4 pieces of silver. I dug 2 1964 quarters at the first spot and I dug 2 1947 quarters at the second. This year has been STRANGE. I have dug over twice as many silver quarters as dimes. Most have been in the water though. He will post his finds BUT one of them is FANTASTIC!!!

Ohh well. Will be on this forum till I find my way back into the water. It was a good year for me. For those that don't visit beach and scuba. I found over 6 grand in gold, silver and platinum this year along with a few strange finds. A Taurus 357 magnum, a WW1 100lb practice bomb, A Springfield Civil War era bayonet, and of course my usual slew of boat anchors.

13 quarters, 10 dimes a nickel a bunch of houses and 11 wheat cents. One small aluminum religious medal and a small copper heart were my only other good finds
