These were picked up along the James after a big squall passed through. The beach was littered with old bricks, glassware, shards of pottery, etc. I was hoping to find a trade bead but was just as happy with these fragements.

Johnny -- that's quite a variety of shards for one location. I love doing that too over here on the peninsula. Low tide can sometimes reveal some interesting tresasures. Just never know what you might find. Good luck on your next outing.
