I Know What's Better Than A Stavr Scoop

Two Stavr scoops. They came in today ( 12 days, not bad from the Ukraine ) and Ruslan sent one with a 32mm pipe and one with a 30.7mm at my request. The 32mm was large enough for the fiberglass handle ( a friend let me have) and in fact had to be shimmed slightly. Thanks for looking.

This scoop is good for wet and dry sand eria,in the water when the waves, are not easy to dig them,it is very light !
how much did you pay for it?

Looks Good Fsa, I like the Glass handle...seal both ends and she will float. Great Idea on the 32mm tube

Should handle some hard diggin fsa, but I am not sure about our stoney Connecticut Shore digging!

Looks more like a deep sand digger to me!

I guess we'll just have to wait and see?

GL&HH Friend,

CJ

PS I did manage to get out this PM for a couple of hours until it gott too dark and rough to hunt.

The cost was $152. for the scoop, $20. S/H, and $20. charge for Western Union. $192. total

I have to test it Joe to be sure it's sealed. If it isn't I'll have to find the leak.

CJ, You're right on track.... I bought this for wet and dry sand and light shore hunting. Ruslan has the heavy duty models for the hard work. You bring up a good point, if this scoop were to be used in your environment it wouldn't last a day. It would be ashamed to discredit a person or fabricator for a damaged tool, that was used for something it wasn't intended for....but it happens all the time, no matter who the manufacturer is.

Maybe it's overkill, but when I got mine I got another stainless bolt and put it up a little higher on the metal sleeve 90 degrees opposite the original. No way it can 'work' and wiggle after continued hard use. It might be a + especially if you shimmed it. jim

When one have a choice, make the best of it.
