They must hibernate because i and thousands of others have covered areas where they have been seen by snowmobile and no tracks! None seen by search and rescue, wildlife biologists in helicopters or private pilots
One was reported near Vancouver last winter but it turned out to be a vacationing NBA player in a fur coat
