Always wanted one to go with my Mojave. Thinking of taking both to beach tomorrow. I have added a 7" wide scan coil to Mojave.
 
Guy posted last year that he has . Dismounted the control box from the shaft, wore it up around his shoulders. Able to get down and do some wet work.
Compardre / Mojave supposed to be fairly quiet along there too. Course you gotta be careful.

Widescan worked well at the beach, though I can't compare it to the stock coil since I didn't bring it. It found a 1953 Rosie and other odds and ends. Vid will be on Youtube shortly.
