I just bought a diamond tester

And tested this ring i found 2 weeks ago.

Not quite... Moissanite will also test positive for a diamond and to be sure you would need a moissanite tester as well

that is Multi Tester for a moissanite and diamond, according a manual you don't need 2 testers if you have that one.
