started of at a park area by the beach got two buffalo nickels a 27 and 37 i think hard to read the dates and a pile of beaver tails then this afternoon got permission to do a old home site, the house burnt down abvout 15 years ago so it was very trashy area lots of melted metal and nails was using the 11 inch coil for a while got a 52 silver quarter and a 39 merc then i put the small coil on and slowed down found another merc a 43 and a record amount of toy cars for me and alot of other cool things the dog tag is from 1955 i will be going back tomorrow. happy trails
 
Very Nice! Good luck today...I'm heading over to my Dads place for a few days, should be some old silver I can try to jimmie myself!

Excellent hunt! 5 old coins is a great outing. Don't give up to soon on the old home site. HH jim tn
 
Low and slow dig all repeatable targets at a site like that... If home real old check under where clothes line used to run.... side yards were a great play area for kids......
