1270 its the best unit
in the past i use lot of machines but 1270 its the best(fro my country & this kind of ground)
i use it with 10.5" but i need a bigger one------did anybody know abaut a bigger coil for 1270????????

years ago for the Fisher X-series?? You'd be hardpressed to find one now, sorry to say (someone must have one in a closet somewhere, or maybe watch E-Bay?)....The 10.5" Fisher coil is the biggest you'll find, still in production that is. But, glad to hear your doing so well with the 1270. It helped me find all these Civil War relics @ DIV-5 :detecting:

& the site the "other group" went to and couldn't find anything in the hot red clay :stars:

i heard in germany is a little factory who produce coil for 1200 series 12,5" & 14,5"
-i try on -wienna detectors- & they know abaut this
-after the winter i will buy 1 for testing

let us know how it's works for you.....Do they have a web page or anything we can see what they look like?

Bill
