Long day today....But wow what a head rush toward the end. I have no acid to test, will have to go by my jeweler tomorrow.
First ring found was the toe ring, Junk! Then the iPhone. Hours later I hit the 19.5g..???? NO marks at all. Looks old and worn, but still looks good. Fingers crossed!!
Second ring found late and around quitting time just looks sketchy....only mark inside is WMS???. Googled WMS jewelry and got nothing.
Taking all opinions.....Real or Junk? GL ALL

They certainly look like the real deal BUT no marks? Order an acid test kit off Ebay because you are consistently finding the gold jewellery and you could surely use it!! Let us know tomorrow what the verdict is! Were rootin' for ya!!!
 
I say they are real. If you were in salt water, then for sure they are real. Even in fresh, junk goes bad as well. Congrats, what a day.
 
If they are gold, then with those weights they should be high karat gold....hope the official outcome is good.

I was hoping for one keeper and got TWO!!
Both are 14k, diamond is 1+ carat and quote, "real nice".
Not sure were the one ring is from, looks Arabic to me or the jeweler says maybe Columbian/Aztec from the scroll work. I was looking at different alphabets last night for something that resembled the L looking thing on the face but found nothing to compare. I started thinking different on the diamond ring last night after looking at the stone through a loop and magnifying glass combined and although it looked like glass to me it had specks/floaters. Best hunt this year.

Some great finds for sure. I was looking closely at the characters on your ring. Could that be the Roman numeral IL (49)?
 
Awfully heavy to be anything other than gold...... and the way that stone is set......... man i think its, winner winner chicken dinner time.

Yesterday the jeweler, who is a good friend and said it was a "real nice diamond" when he examined it, left a message that he would like to buy just the diamond. No price offered, but I think I might get another opinion on it first. This would make a nice payday should I decide to sell. I would have @$700.00 in gold between the two rings and who knows how much for the stone. GL ALL
