It is so darn hot working construction in the 107 degree in the shade heat, (which wouldn't be so bad IF I had some shade to work in) that I took the day off to do office work. Being the boss and all, office work began with a little trip to my water hunting place on the lake.
I got there just after sunrise when the temp was a chilly 85 and the shade was on the water. Man that water felt good! I had the park all to myself and got in a couple of hours swinging the coil in the neck deep water before the boaters and swimmers showed up to make some more deposits. I found a lot of clad and silver ear rings, but twice gold was in the scoop!

I just love the smell of 14k in the morning, it smells like victory. And not just gold, but four diamonds and a pretty nice ruby thrown in to boot.
It was very good to get out and do something other than work like Dave, Dave, the plumbing slave for a change. I haven't had time to even join in on the forum fun for a long time. Nice to be back. DC

This is the place, just add water and remove Cajuns.
