Wayne kinda inspired me [or should I say he inspired Alice to get me to do this] As Royal and Wayne may remember, the wet room [our entrance hall] had been gutted and we were just waiting for the opportune moment to finish it up.
Well, the tiling is pretty much finished. Now I have to put in the sink and toilet in the small bathroom and then it will be done.
Next time, though, I will get Wayne to come up and give me some lessons and assistance.

perfect fit and color match. Did you have a tile saw?
I'm thinking about all that hands and knees stuff <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">
I bet the "jerks" have a little trouble with traction <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

It really is a hoot to watch the dogs careening off the walls in their mad rush to be the first to get outside. Much better than any television <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D"> <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D"> <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">
The back and knees are suffering but they will improve now that the hard part of the job is finished

like before, but I relly like the tile. Scott and I are slowly but surely finishing up our addition. I'll send some photos when I can. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

Very old lino that was cracked, lifting and generally messy. Nice thing about tile.. Put it in once and the job is done.
You had better not have a change of mind though!! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)"> <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)"> <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

And reminds me of how much work I need to do on our house.Seems like getting started is the hardest part.Looks like your project turned out really nice.

I admire you folks that can do tile work like this. What amazes me is that you folks live in another country, but you are just like us...if there were no international border between the two countries, you would never know that there were two countries. Mike, you did a great tile job! Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

I thought that I was talking to a fellow in Ontario. In fact the call had been redirected to Michigan. When the fellow asked about the area that I had painted [I had some problem with some paint] I responded around 300-350 square feet.
He asked if I was from the US, since his call indicator
showed that I was from Canada. He said that many Canadians figure the area in square metres. I told him where I was from and we had a great talk.....just like talking to an old friend. The call probably took twice as long as it should have. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
