went fishing today in my boat for a change. Didn't catch or see any fish, it's 91 degrees out. But, I've got all my ducks in a row, and took a macro of a water lily and a hornet on a lily pad. I took these pics while sweating in my boat.

One nice thing about photography you can take pictures almost all the time even when the fish aren't biting . I use to like to take my camera deer hunting with me got a lot of pictures back then of deer I passed on or didn't have a tag for . Enjoyed seeing your pictures very good .

Thanks Harold. I always take one of my cameras with me when I fish, kinda makes me NOT a typical fisherman liar. But from the pics you just saw, I was glad i took my camera. The camera I used today is my FujiFilm HS20EXR. Non-DSLR, super zoom (24mm to 720mm) in one non-removeable lens. It is an awesome camera, and the only time I use automatic is when kids are involved, they don't ever hold still long enough:punch:. My other camea is also a FujiFilm non-DSLR, it's a S2000HD. I have 97 videos shot with both of these cameras on youtube, just go there and type Newburgh Jammers in the search bar. My real name there is Larry Ciarrocchi. These guys play music for free down under the veranda, at Newburgh Lake which is the same lake I took the fowl pics today.....nge
