I have a S-1 probe on my Sovereign, but may consider the Vulcan for a backup anyone familiar with this pin pointer.

My brother Kevin got out a little in Virginia on his first search using the Vulcan and at this point he is pleased with the performance. He also stated the factory sensitivity at 3 was very stable with good sensitivity.HH Ron

who makes the Vulcan Ron? Never heard of it. I use the garrett right now.

Neil, the Vulcan is a Kellyco Pin pointer.I've used the Garrett off and on and wanted to try another pin pointer for a backup.Talked to my brother today just sold an Explorer SE to him and he just bought a Vulcan pin pointer this was his second time out with his new detector and pin pointer. He said the Vulcan was more stable than the Garrett in his Virginia soil.He also liked the ergonomics reminds him of a Garrett.HH Ron

Ron....I also have an S-1 on my Sovereign and I've been waiting for some feedback on the new Whites probe to see how it worked and how they liked it.There's some good feedback now if you Google it or YouTube it ,some live video..It looks like it gets 2-3 inches more depth than anything out there now,,all good feedback.I tried to order 1 and they are on back order..After reading the feedback and watching 3 or 4 video tests I am buying the new Whites for sure..
John.
