.... only 12 more days until I leave for the years PRIMO detecting trip. I keep having this reoccurring dream of gaining official permission to detect on property of historical importance, never before detected upon....

... being one of this forum's major Geezer's and all, I don't want to make time fly, but sure wish I was there now rather than the 14th / 15th .... leave the 14th arrive the 15th.

So far have a minimum of 750 acres to detect ... plus 2 or 3 other sites if needed.... and still have the pub scene to use in meeting more farmers. Too many fields, so little time.

We'll be detecting from about 7:30 to 8:30AM to almost 5:00 or 6:00PM every day. Will try to post some reports / photos while away or at least send them to Bubba for him to post. Otherwise I'll do a huge report when I get back.

and how fast it will go when you are there....

You know..... 750 acres is a damn large area....
100 acres around my house and I couldn't detect all of it if I did it full time for a year.
How many are in your detecting party?
