I have a couple extra days off this week, so I'm gonna try a place I just got permission to detect...

It's a small area nearby to where a church once stood. Just one of my "out of the box ideas" as I was driving by one day:biggrin:
Anyway, if it's a total flop, then I'll just go back to where I've been going the last couple weeks:thumbup:

'round here, if you find an old cemetery, most likey there was a church very near by.
Usualy lots o' nails in those spots.
We also look for dafodils or crocases in the early spring.
Regardless of what the lay o' the land is now, there WAS human activity in that area.
Those two kinds of flowers do not occur naturaly. The had to be planted by people.

Good luck on the new spot. I hope ya find a jar o' double eagles so the
amerikan gestapo can take 'em from ya
